Technical debt & maintainability
Review structure, dependencies, tests and development practices to identify what makes change risky or expensive.
Software & mobile app audit
When an application becomes slow, fragile or difficult to change, an independent review can help you choose your next investment with more confidence.
Discuss your projectWhat we look at
For businesses inheriting a codebase, planning a rebuild, or dealing with recurring problems.
Review structure, dependencies, tests and development practices to identify what makes change risky or expensive.
Investigate slow screens, crashes and bottlenecks using the evidence and environments available.
Review critical flows, API behavior, error handling and integration boundaries.
Compare targeted improvements with larger changes. A rebuild is an option to evaluate, not a default recommendation.
A defined scope, useful outputs
Observed issues, affected areas and limitations of the review, with examples that your team can follow.
Risks and improvements ranked by business impact, urgency and indicative effort—not a long, undifferentiated issue list.
Suggested next steps and a walkthrough to help your team decide what to tackle now, later or not at all.
The process
Agree on the systems, user journeys, questions, access and deliverables. Confirm a quote before the audit starts.
Examine the agreed code, environments and available telemetry; validate observations where access permits.
Discuss findings, tradeoffs and a phased improvement plan with your team.
A preliminary review is a limited discussion and high-level assessment. An in-depth technical audit requires agreed access, investigation time and written deliverables. Neither is a formal security assessment, penetration test, compliance certification or guarantee that all defects will be found. Specialist security work needs a separate scope.
Tell me what the application does, which platforms it runs on, and what is concerning you.
