Who handles your information

G RATIO TECH uses the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. For privacy questions or a request to access, correct or delete your correspondence, contact bn@g-ratiotech.site.

What you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional company or website, service of interest, selected offer and project description. Do not send secrets or sensitive personal data. Submitting the form sends these details to the website server for validation and email delivery.

Delivery and retention

Inquiry information is validated on the server and sent using OVHcloud. The email service processes the message to deliver your inquiry. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database or log message content. Correspondence may remain in the business mailbox while needed for the conversation, project records or legal obligations. You may request deletion of an inquiry that is no longer needed.

Cookies and measurements

This implementation uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Your manually selected language may be stored on your device. On the homepage, browser language preferences select an available translation; no location permission or IP geolocation service is used. The hosting provider may process technical request data to operate and protect the service. Short-lived connection-based request counters help limit form abuse.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by OVHcloud. Technical access logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.
